The XTENDEX® USB Extender extends one USB device up to 150 feet (45 m)
using
CAT5/5e/6 cable. Each extender consists of a local unit that connects
to a computer, and a remote unit that connects to a USB device. The
local and remote units are interconnected via CAT5/5e/6 cable.
- Works at speeds of 400, 200 and
100 Mbps.
- Extend a firewire device up to
250 feet (75 m).
- Using CAT7 solid 600 MHz cable,
extend up to 279 feet (85 m).
- Using CAT6 solid 550 MHz cable,
extend up to 250 feet (75 m).
- Using CAT5E solid cable, extend
up to 150 feet (45 m).
